This is cheesecake by texture, not by tradition: full-fat Greek yogurt brings the tang and spoon-coating body, while caramelized biscuit spread brings sweetness, spice, and the fat that firms once cold. Fold them together, chill the pan, and the dessert cuts like a quiet little magic trick.

“Greek yogurt and Biscoff spread turn into a simple chilled cheesecake-style dessert with a caramel-biscuit flavor and a creamy, spoonable finish.”

Use thick yogurt

Full-fat Greek yogurt gives the mixture tang and enough body to chill into clean slices.

Loosen the spread

A few seconds of gentle warmth makes the biscuit spread easier to fold through the yogurt.

Chill patiently

Four hours works; overnight makes the texture smoother and the knife cuts neater.

Four small moves for a cleaner chill

The ingredient list is tiny, so the texture depends on handling: thick yogurt, a loosened spread, and enough cold time.

A two-ingredient dessert that behaves best when treated like a chilled custard

Texture cue

Stop folding when the batter is one even caramel color; pale streaks set into soft pockets.

Quick choicesChill strategy

Choose the texture you want

The same two ingredients can land as slices, cups, or a firmer freezer-assisted dessert.

Want clean slices

Chill overnight

The spread firms through the yogurt, making the dessert easier to unmold and cut.

Serving soon

Use a loaf pan

A narrower pan gives the mixture more height and support after a shorter chill.

Too soft to slice

Freeze briefly

Twenty minutes in the freezer steadies the edges without turning the center icy.

Prefer spoonable

Chill in cups

The same mixture becomes a two-ingredient cheesecake pot with no unmolding anxiety.

Ingredients

Cheesecake

  • 1 1/2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup smooth Biscoff or other caramelized biscuit spread

Directions

  1. Line a 6-inch springform pan or small loaf pan with parchment, leaving enough overhang to lift the cheesecake out.
  2. Stir the Biscoff spread until glossy and loose. If it is very firm, warm it for 10 seconds, then let it cool until just fluid, not hot.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl and fold in the Biscoff spread until the mixture is smooth, even, and caramel colored.
  4. Scrape the mixture into the lined pan, smooth the top, and tap the pan gently to settle air pockets.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the cleanest slices.
  6. Lift out the cheesecake, peel away the parchment, and slice with a warm, wiped knife.
