The spectacle comes from repetition, not a taller pile. Six Sisters’ Stuff starts with taco-seasoned beef and onion, then gives each of two chip layers the same complete treatment: beans, red and green peppers, Monterey Jack, cheddar, and green onion.
That construction keeps the copycat identity intact and solves the usual platter problem of bare chips below a crowded surface. The useful refinements are quiet ones: cook the beef to 160°F, reduce the seasoning liquid before assembly, dry the beans, use a heat-safe platter, and wait until the cheese melts before adding the three cool toppings.

Finish the skillet
The beef should be seasoned and glossy, not surrounded by loose water.
Cover the whole field
Every layer gets beef, beans, peppers, both cheeses, and green onion.
Cool toppings go last
Pico, guacamole, and sour cream land only after the cheese has melted.
